Right to be Forgotten

Any user can permanently delete their account and associated personal data at any time from their profile settings.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is irreversible. Your personal information will be removed and all of your activity on the platform will be fully dissociated from your identity.

Effect on Projects

When your account is deleted, you are removed from all project memberships and administrator roles. Your personal project is closed and can no longer accept new job submissions.

If you are the sole member or administrator of a shared project and need to transfer ownership before deleting your account, please contact support in advance.

How to Delete Your Account

Log in to qx.vtt.fi.
Navigate to your Profile page.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm by entering DELETE MY ACCOUNT when prompted. A modal will appear asking you to type the confirmation phrase before the deletion is finalised.

Warning

The deletion takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
